1. What Happens After I Place My Order?

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an order receipt by email. Within 24–48 business hours, we will send you an Order Confirmation/Invoice containing your Production Tracking Number.

To check your order status, enter your Production Tracking Number in the Order Status box located in the red navigation bar on our homepage.

Once your order ships, your status page will automatically display your UPS or FedEx tracking number, along with a direct link so you can track your shipment.


2. How Do I Track My Order?

Your Order Confirmation email includes your Production Tracking Number.

Enter this number in the Order Status box on our homepage (located in the red navigation bar) to view your current production status. Once your order ships, you'll also see your UPS or FedEx tracking number.


3. Why Doesn't My Production Tracking Number Work on UPS or FedEx?

Your Production Tracking Number is used only on our website to track your order while it is being manufactured.

Once your order ships, your Order Status page will automatically display your UPS or FedEx tracking number, which you can then use on the carrier's website.


4. How Do I Find the Length of My Sign?

Our online Preview Tool estimates the overall length of your sign.

Simply:

  • Select your font and letter size.
  • Choose a color and mounting method.
  • Enter your text.
  • Click Preview to view the estimated sign length.

Please note: This feature is currently available only in select product categories. Measurements are approximate and may vary by 10% or more.

If you require an exact overall length, please contact our Sales Department before placing your order.


5. I Have a Company Logo or Custom Font. What Should I Do?

We specialize in manufacturing sign letters and logos but do not provide graphic design services.

For custom logos, please provide one of the following:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
  • Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)

All artwork must be supplied as vector artwork in PC format.

We do not accept:

  • JPG
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • GIF
  • BMP
  • TIFF
  • PDF (unless suitable for vector conversion)

In some cases, we can convert certain PDF files into vector artwork for an additional charge.

Please include:

  • Overall size
  • Material
  • Finish
  • Quantity

Most custom logo quotes are provided within 24 business hours.

Minimum custom order: $250.

6. What Font File Do You Need for Custom Fonts?

Please provide one of the following:

  • TrueType Font (.TTF)
  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI) vector file

Most custom fonts are approximately 10% more than comparable standard fonts.

Highly decorative or script fonts may require additional production time and pricing.

7. Do You Accept Rush Orders?

Yes.

Rush orders are available depending on production schedules.

To receive your order as quickly as possible:

  • Select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping during checkout.
  • Contact our Sales Department to discuss expedited production.

Some products, such as Minnesota Letters, typically ship within 1–2 business days.


8. What Are Installation Patterns?

Installation Patterns are full-size templates used with stud-mounted letters.

They allow you to:

  • Position letters accurately
  • Maintain proper spacing
  • Drill mounting holes correctly
  • Speed up installation

9. How Tall Will My Lowercase Letters Be?

Letter sizes are based on the uppercase letter height.

Typically:

  • Tall lowercase letters (b, d, f, h, k, l, p, q, t, y) are approximately the same height as uppercase letters.
  • Short lowercase letters (a, c, e, m, n, o, r, s, u, v, w, x, z) are generally 50–67% of the uppercase height.

12. Do You Have a Catalog?

We currently do not offer a printed catalog.

Our website contains our complete product selection.

If you cannot find the product you're looking for, please contact our Sales Department with your requirements.


13. How Do I Find Product Pricing?

Click the Price / Buy button beneath any product.

Then select:

  • Font
  • Size
  • Material

  • Quantity

Pricing updates automatically.

If your desired size is unavailable online, contact us for assistance.


14. Do You Accept Purchase Orders (P.O.s)?

No.

To maintain competitive pricing and faster processing, we currently accept:

  • Major Credit Cards
  • Business Checks

15. How Do I Pay by Check?

  1. Complete your order online.
  2. Select Pay by Check during checkout.
  3. Print your Order Confirmation.
  4. Mail your confirmation with your check.

Once payment is received, we will email your official Order Confirmation.


16. What Does Your Lifetime Warranty Cover?

Plastic Letters

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Fading
  • Cracking
  • Manufacturing defects

Simply clean with mild dish soap and water to maintain their appearance.

Metal Letters

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Finish failure due to manufacturing defects
  • Corrosion of protected finishes

To maintain your letters:

  • Wash occasionally using mild soap and water.
  • Polished finishes may be restored using quality automotive polish if minor scratches occur.

Yes.

20. What If I Didn't Order an Installation Pattern?

If your order has not shipped, we may still be able to add an Installation Pattern.

If your order has already shipped, you can order a Plotted Drawing.

A Plotted Drawing provides the exact letter layout but does not include stud hole locations.

21. What Is Your Current Production Time?

Every order is custom manufactured.

Current production times are displayed on the right-hand side of each product page and vary by material and product type.
