Metal Blocks to receive studs

Threaded Shadow Free stainless steel blocks to receive studs. Designed for thin gauge metal where you cannot drill & tap for a stud. Epoxy block to flat smoooth, clean, metal letters / logos.

Fabricated L-Brackets to receive studs

Stainless steel brackets for fabricated letters with a stud mount. Epoxy bracket to flat smooth fabricated metal letters / logos.

Plastic Pads for mounting without studs

Plastic pads (made with CAB plastic) to install plastic letters without use of studs. Glue or solvent bond pads to plastic letters / logos. Adhere to mounting surface with silicone or construction adhesive.

Plastic Pads with threaded thru hole (screws onto studs)

Plastic pads (made with CAB plastic) with threaded hole for 10-24 studs. Thread pad onto stud to create a stand-off or combination mount. Adhere pad to mounting surface with silicone or construction adhesive.

Plastic Pads with studs (screws into stud blocks)

Threaded plastic pads (made with CAB plastic) with non-removable 10-24 studs. Thread stud into stud block to create a pad mount with a stand-off. Adhere pad to mounting surface with silicone or construction adhesive.

Clear Acrylic Strips (Rails)

Used for installing plastic letters. Glue (not silicone) letters to strips and install strips on wall. Good for irregular or corrugated surfaces. NOTE: Letters must be ordered “Pad for Rail”.

Aluminum Spacers

$20.00 Cutting Charge per 100 pieces. 1/4" minimum on aluminum spacers. The following lengths are in stock and ready to ship – 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 7/8", 1", 1-1/2", 2".

Adhesives

Lighter and smaller parts can be installed with a quality silicone adhesive.

Heavier and larger letters and plaques should be installed with a “stronger” adhesive than Silicone. Always match your adhesive to the mounting surface and product weight. If in doubt, use a stronger industrial adhesive or epoxy – along with appropriate anchors and/or additional structural support.

Pattern Paper

Pattern rolls are 60# heavy white kraft paper and is marked with 1" squares. Rolls are 48" wide, and available by the foot or in rolls of 400'.

Detachable Studs - Includes Package of 6 with allen wrench

Made from premium anodized aluminum, these allow easy and clean servicing of letters after installation. Ideal when used in combination with lit letters, allowing access to LED modules without the exposed hardware (typical on removable cans). Integrating a 6-32, 10-24 or 1/4-20 stud for a 1.5” stand off. Additional spacers can be added to increase the stand-off.
