Lighter and smaller parts can be installed with a quality silicone adhesive.
Heavier and larger letters and plaques should be installed with a “stronger” adhesive than Silicone. Always match your adhesive to the mounting surface and product weight. If in doubt, use a stronger industrial adhesive or epoxy – along with appropriate anchors and/or additional structural support.
Pattern rolls are 60# heavy white kraft paper and is marked with 1" squares. Rolls are 48" wide, and available by the foot or in rolls of 400'.
Made from premium anodized aluminum, these allow easy and clean servicing of letters after installation. Ideal when used in combination with lit letters, allowing access to LED modules without the exposed hardware (typical on removable cans). Integrating a 6-32, 10-24 or 1/4-20 stud for a 1.5” stand off. Additional spacers can be added to increase the stand-off.
