What are Formed Plastic Letters And Logos?
Our formed plastic letters and logos are made by thermoforming. Thermoforming is heating a material to its forming temperature and using pressure and vacuuming to conform the material over a mold to create dimensional letters or logos. These plastic letters and logos are tough, UV-stable, and completely recyclable. The plastic is smooth, forming sculpted details for indoor or outdoor installations. Formed plastic provides visible dimension when you need it, economically.
Formed Plastic Product Offerings
Formed plastic letters and logos offer an extensive selection of paint colors, dimensional custom faces, and standard letters. Our standard formed plastic letters have one of the fastest lead times across all our product lines, allowing you to receive your made-to-order signs quickly after artwork approval.

Minimum and Maximum Heights
- 4 inches up to 68 inches for single pieces
Depths
- ½ inch up to 3 inches depending on artwork
Fonts
- We have a selection of 32 standard letters, or you can send in your custom letters or logos.
- Custom letters and logos can be made-to-order in flat, prismatic, or round face fonts.
Paint Colors
- We have a standard selection of paint colors and offer custom painting.
For custom paint colors, send in your paint name or number and brand of paint, and we will obtain a mixing formula at no cost to you. If you do not have a paint name or number and want a color match, we will need at least a 3-inch by 3-inch sample. Our paint lab will run an exact color match process for a cost.
Lighting
- Add lighting to your made-to-order sign to make it visible day or night. Lit-formed plastic offers halo-lit, face and side lit, or side lit lighting while providing a flat, low-profile design. Our UL-certified led illuminated signage comes in LED packages with multiple color options.
Installation
- Install our formed plastic products on even or corrugated surfaces. We provide standard mountings and installation patterns with your order.
